Wedding Invitation: Can be displayed with 'Wedding Invitation' or 'Invitation'. Insert can have a place for you to hand write guest names or Angelic Invites can hand write or print them for an additional charge. Usually posted 3 to 4 months prior to the wedding. You may wish to send overseas invitations up to 6 months prior to the wedding.
Evening Initiation: Can be displayed with 'Evening Invitation' or 'Invitation'. Insert can have a place for you to hand write guest names or Angelic Invites can hand write or print them for an additional charge. The evening invitation can be the same design as your day invitation or a similar more simplistic design. Usually posted 3 months prior to the wedding. These can be posted after the day invitations.
R.S.V.P.: (ST00R) A small reply card and envelope can be provided to be sent with your invitations (this can be self addressed for an additional charge) to ensure a speedy response by your guests. It would comprise white or cream hammer card with silver or gold embossed wedding rings or hearts and silver or gold embossed R.S.V.P. wording. This design is inclusive of a printed white or cream insert and white or cream envelope and is also available as a single side card. If you wish to know additional information such as dietary requirements this can be included on the RSVP but if you wish to provide your guests with information about your wedding you may prefer an Information card (see below).
Information (ST00I): It may be necessary to provide your guests with information about hotel accommodation, transport arrangements or your wedding list. This information can be provided in a small card with a printed insert containing the information or it can be provided on a single sided card.
Order of Service: To match your invitations can be provided. This can be a detailed booklet or a simple insert to indicate the order of events in the ceremony. This design is inclusive of a 4 page printed insert.
Order of the Day: A list of the order of the day giving times of the ceremony, picture taking, cake cutting, evening reception and any other events can be provided to help your guests know how the day will unfold and to make sure people are in the right place at the right time! This would generally match your invitation with an insert page but this can also be a simple sheet to indicate the order and timing of events for the day.
Place card: To match your invitations can be provided. This design is blank for you to write your guests names and is designed to be folded to adorn the table. Your guests' names can be hand written or printed for an additional charge.
Menu: To match your invitations can be provided. These are generally available in booklet form but can also be provided as a single sheet. This design is inclusive of a printed insert.
Order of Service, Order of the Day, Place cards and Menus: The details for these may not be available until nearer the event when you have confirmed numbers. A provisional order should be placed alongside your invites, which can be refined closer to the date, and payment can be altered accordingly.
Thank you: To match your invitations can be provided blank for your hand written message. This important component of your stationery package allows you to express your gratitude to your guests for celebrating your special day. Thank you cards can be provided in small cards as well as A6 card. The card is provided blank for your hand written message and is inclusive of a matching envelope.
Save the Date: Can be provided if your wedding day falls in a busy period when people may be on holiday. Usually sent 1-2 years in advance this allows guests to keep the date free.
Envelope Accents (ST00E): All stationery to be posted in an envelope can have the envelope decorated by an accent such as an Art Deco Rose, Wedding rings or hearts at no additional charge if desired. Specify in your sample or order form if you would like this service and Angelic Invites will be delighted to ensure that your invitation arrives with that little bit extra to make it stand out.
Envelope addressing: Angelic Invites are only too happy to address your envelopes for you in printed text if you can supply an electronic file with the names and addresses as they should be printed on the envelope. This service will incur an additional charge.
Table plan: A table plan can be provided on request to match your menus and place cards. Due to the size of this item a sample can not be provided but a jpeg showing an example can be provided. We require an electronic list of the table plan from you to compile this.
Card: Most designs can be provided in a variety of card types. Angelic Invites range uses A6 plain card, hammer (textured) card and linen effect card. We use A6 card because buying in bulk enables Angelic Invites to keep the cost to a minimum. Some of our card e.g. RSVP, Information and some thank you cards are available as short cards. If you would prefer a DL card (Tall) this can be arranged for most designs at an additional charge. We can also provide luxurious pearlescent card and inserts, again at an additional cost. Most invitations can be altered to suit a single sided card and you can request this on your sample order form. Costs vary depending on the colour and type of card therefore you will be notified of the additional cost when your samples are dispatched.
