1. Angelic Invites stationery is individually handcrafted therefore there may be slight variations between each item which is a feature of a handcrafted product.
2. By ordering from Angelic Invites you are entering a legally binding agreement that the sample, proof and final products are for personal use only and will not be replicated by yourself or a third party. All designs are covered by Copyright © Angelic Invites 2006-2008 and may not be copied or reproduced by any means. All rights reserved.
3. Orders placed with Angelic Invites are subject to the availability of materials from our suppliers, in the event that we are unable to supply the exact stationery you have ordered you will be informed and will be able to choose an alternative design. If there are no suitable alternative designs Angelic Invites will refund your deposit.
4. Proof reading is the responsibility of the client. Angelic Invites cannot be held responsible for any errors that go unnoticed after the proofs have been approved. Any amendments after approval will be subject to additional charges if work has not already commenced on the order.
5. Angelic Invites cannot be held responsible for gaining the copyright permission for the use of hymns, poems etc used in the Order of Service. It is the client’s responsibility to obtain the relevant copyright if required.
6. Once your proof has been approved any additional changes requested are at the discretion of Angelic Invites. If work has not commenced on your order Angelic Invites will try to accommodate minor changes by reproofing. If work has commenced or materials have been ordered a charge may be incurred.
7. Once your order is accepted we will agree an estimated delivery date and Angelic Invites will endeavour to meet this date, however, should this not be possible due to circumstances beyond our control you will be advised and an alternative date will be agreed as soon as this becomes apparent. Angelic Invites will inform you when your order will be dispatched and the contents of your order.
8. All orders will be sent by special delivery and must be signed for on receipt. Postage and packaging will be an additional charge. Once dispatched Angelic Invites accept no responsibility for loss or damage.
9. Delivery charges may vary depending on the size or the order and amount of dispatches. Postage charges will be added to your final invoice.
10. Angelic Invites requires a signed order form and terms and conditions form; and a 50% non-refundable deposit to secure your order. Angelic Invites cannot book production time or begin work until all of these items have been received.
11. In the event of the order being cancelled, all completed work carried out that exceeds the 50% deposit must be paid for. If cancellation is within 4 weeks of the delivery date 100% of the final balance is due. If the order is partially cancelled or reduced substantially in size, 10% of the initial balance will be charged as a partial cancellation fee. In the event of an increase or decrease in your order quantity after proof approval a minimum of 4 weeks notice before delivery date is required. If it is less than 4 weeks until delivery Angelic Invites will advise whether amendments to the order are still possible.
12. All prices are subject to change without notice. Your deposit secures the price of the items ordered at the time of ordering.
13. On receipt of your final order if you are dissatisfied please contact Angelic Invites within 3 days. Beyond this period Angelic Invites assumes your complete satisfaction with the order.
