Timescales & Information

An average order takes 4-8 weeks depending on the quantity and complexity of the order. Final production will not commence until Angelic Invites are in receipt of approved drafts. A 50% deposit is required before work will commence and the balance is required to be paid in full before the stationery is delivered to you. Once the proof has been signed by the client and returned and the deposit has been paid work will commence.

Angelic Invites recommend you will require to order your stationery at least 9 months before the wedding. However, due to the time it takes to complete an order and high demand for particular times of the year it is recommended that you place your order at least 12 months before your wedding. Angelic Invites will only commit to the amount of bookings in one month we know we can complete therefore we advise you book early.

If you require your invitations at short notice please email Angelic Invites and we will endeavour to accommodate your order. This may incur an extra charge up to 20% of the total order dependent on how busy we are at that time.

If you require extra stationery after our contract is complete these can be provided and will be charged per individual card if the approved proof has not been altered. If the proof has been altered there may be an additional charge.

There is no minimum or maximum order. Angelic Invites will endeavour to accommodate all order requests although it would be helpful if the order is large that we are given sufficient extra time to process the order.

Printed inserts are included in the price with a space for you to write your guests names if you so wish. If you would prefer to have these hand written or printed by Angelic Invites this can be arranged for an additional charge.

Blank envelopes are also included in the price. If you would like your guests addresses hand written or printed by Angelic Invites this can be arranged for an additional charge.

Where guests names, addresses or table plans are required an electronic file must be provided with names and addresses as you wish to see them displayed on the invitations, envelopes, place cards and table plans. A Microsoft Word document, Excel spreadsheet or Access database would be preferred but a text file would also be acceptable.

Angelic Invites do not currently have credit card facilities. Payment can be made by postal order or cheque to Angelic Invites.
